The incumbent is also responsible for system administration, user and learner support, and process documentation, and contributes to the continuous improvement of WVU’s microcredential framework. • Master's degree in instructional design, education, educational technology, curriculum and instruction, communications, information systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and their application to online instructional content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utilizing graphic design, video/audio recording and editing software, and AI-assisted media production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Fliki, and similar platforms) to develop and optimize instructional media assets for microcredential and MMA projects.
• Interest or experience in program development or supporting the growth of online, professional, or workforce-focused credentials.
• Familiarity with marketing, outreach, or communication strategies that support program visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Genius SIS (registration portal), Blackboard Ultra (LMS), Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Parchment Digital Badges (Canvas), Jira, SharePoint, Zoom Phone, and related tools to track requests, manage tickets, document workflows, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate collaborative work across units.
