About this role

Now Brewing – instructional designer! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

We are looking for an instructional designer who is passionate about developing and managing learning programs at Starbucks!

Are you at your best when working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine potential learning solutions? Are you comfortable bringing training solutions to life through end-to-end program and project management? Do you love customer service (Green Apron Service) and creating the best learning experiences for retail teams? If this sounds like you – we invite you to consider joining our team.

As an instructional designer, you will…

  • Consult with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to complete needs analysis and determine potential learning solutions.
  • Recommend innovative approaches for retail learning programs that support the company’s retail operations.
  • Collaborate with learning and development team or vendors to develop and design learning solutions.
