About the Department

Join our team at PEIA! Working with a team entering data and reviewing documents for accuracy that are in accordance with WV Code, PEIA Plan document, Summary Plan Description and Shopper's Guide. Works with various reports. Professionally assists benefit coordinators, members and coworkers with account and/or member issues via email, telephone and /or face to face. Assist customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and explaining benefits, rules, regulations and agency policies. May travel throughout the sate at times. Perform other duties as needed.

Position Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
 
Experience: Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in a clerical capacity which must have included two years in working with insurance claims, benefits, premium collection and posting, or insurance eligibility in life, health care and pharmacy benefit plan.

Other Qualifications

PG:  7     $29,070 - $49,360

Market Rate: $44,108
