About this role
Job Overview
Are you competitive, ambitious, and interested in building something of your own? We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Insurance Sales & Agency Development Program, designed to develop future insurance professionals and potential agency owners.
This is more than a traditional insurance sales position. It is an opportunity to learn the insurance business from the ground up, develop valuable sales and business management skills, and work toward the long-term goal of opening and operating your own insurance agency.
We are looking for someone who is motivated by personal growth, financial opportunity, relationship building, and the challenge of creating something of their own. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but we place significant value on character, work ethic, coachability, and the desire to succeed.
Our goal is to help you build the knowledge, discipline, and experience necessary to progress from learning insurance sales to understanding how to build, manage, and grow an agency.
If you are looking for more than just a job and want a career path with the potential for business ownership, we encourage you to apply.
