Intern - Business Marketing (Summer 2027)

United Airlines is a global airline focused on connecting people and uniting the world. The intern will support the United for Business Marketing team by developing content marketing solutions, auditing and aligning content to the marketing funnel, adapting content for organic channels, supporting marketing initiatives and brand work, and contributing to campaign development.

What you'll do:

• Thoroughly understanding our marketing goals and recommending content marketing solutions that support our business objectives
• Auditing existing content library and aligning content pieces to stages of the marketing funnel
• Writing and adapting content for various organic channels
• Working with other marketers to fulfill campaign content needs
• Supporting ongoing marketing initiatives and brand work
• Contributing to campaign development

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Graduating Fall 2027, Spring 2028 or Fall 2028
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills – ability to learn new systems quickly
• Presentation skills – comfort with presenting in-person and virtually in front of large groups, including leadership
• Ability to coordinate and effectively work with diverse groups of people
• Ability to review complex information and make recommendations
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, particularly business-to-business (B2B)
• Experience with long- and short-form copywriting for digital channels across web (including landing pages and blog), social media, and email
• Analytical skills
• Experience with creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
