Intern – Business Process Analyst

Micron Technology is hiring an intern to support its Business Process Excellence team in applying AI to improve sales operations business processes. The role analyzes the Business Process Management playbook and develops AI-powered resources and deliverables to help teams plan, analyze, and manage process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Analyze BPM methodology playbook work by phase
• Participate in discussions on business process improvement requirements and problem-solving
• Use AI and analytics to:
• Develop data-driven insights and key assets to assist BPAs in thinking, analyzing, and collaborating for stakeholder alignment on process improvement objectives
• Use and create AI-powered resources like, micro-learning training materials tailored to the solution design, produce and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, etc
• Assist in drafting program and project communications
• Support Business Process Analysts in various projects

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Process Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management or a related field. Must be graduating after September 2027
• Knowledge of using AI-driven analytics tools like Copilot, Seismic, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understand Business Process Management (BPM)
• Strong written and verbal communication with proven organizational skills
• Experience in Business Process Analysis
• Experience in Project or Program Management
• Experience in Data Analysis
