Intern, Business Systems

Harbinger is an American commercial electric vehicle company developing electric vehicle platforms for the medium-duty commercial market. The company is seeking a Business Systems Intern to help improve systems and processes, ensure systems are ready to scale, and support system implementation within the Central Production team.

What you'll do:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements
• System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions
• Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly
• Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support

What they're looking for:

• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program or greater in **Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.**
• Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies

Benefits:

• A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.
• This role requires a commitment of 4-5 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA.
• Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
