Intern/Co-Op-Learning & Development (Instructor)

Consumers Energy is hiring an Intern/Co-Op in Learning & Development to assist with instruction and facilitate learning experiences. The role collaborates with instructors and business partners to develop and deliver curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials, including Health, Safety, and Environmental courses.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Corporate Safety to design and deliver Health, Safety, and Environmental courses
• Prepare classroom activities and training sessions
• Maintain and audit training materials, equipment, and learning spaces

• Interested in teaching, training, communication, or workforce development
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• A confident and professional public speaker
• Eager to learn new training practices and Adult Learning Theory
• Interested in Learning & Development, Organizational Leadership, Instructional Design, Business, Safety
• Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Education or relevant field
• The minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
