Intern: Commercial Engines Production Chief Organization (Summer 2027)

Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems. The Commercial Engines Production Chief Organization is seeking a summer 2027 intern to support customer advocacy, risk management, industrial planning, product cost management, data analysis, and process improvement across commercial aerospace programs.

What you'll do:

• Playing a key role in the achievement of program milestones through alignment of Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain organizational plans and initiatives to Program and Customer priorities and commitments
• Support communications, cross-functional alignment, Industrial risk identification, and risk mitigation efforts for CE programs
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve key processes
• Support operational decisions by gathering and analyzing data
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while providing support to project managers and team members as needed
• Utilize various software tools and systems to support operations such as: SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and dashboards
• Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes

What they're looking for:

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
