Intern, Data Research

Trimont is a global commercial real estate loan services provider serving lenders and investors. The Data Research Intern will conduct research and create content and analytics on economic, real estate, and financial trends, while supporting presentations, written materials, webinars, and internal databases.

What you'll do:

• Help develop content for both internal and external audiences (e.g., website, presentations)
• Identify, organize, and evaluate raw data to develop quantitative and qualitative analytics; and other analytical tools as needed
• Organize, develop, and monitor internal databases to support management and enhance company reputation
• Write and review local economic and real estate market analyses that provide insights into the health and risk of market economic activity
• Contribute to building the company’s reputation through various communication platforms, including podcasts, webinars, written materials, and presentations

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Data Research, or a related field
• A passion for learning about economics, real estate, and finance and the pursuit of excellence
• Strong data visualization, verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and administrative strengths, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
• Strong work ethic, robust interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency
