Intern, Digital Strategy (Summer 2027)

Delta Air Lines is seeking an Intern, Digital Strategy to support its Value Prop Team in evaluating and optimizing team dynamics and performance. The role focuses on analyzing data, identifying trends, collaborating with stakeholders, improving workflows and processes, and developing solutions that enhance productivity and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
• Implement project management skills and practices
• Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
• Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness, and evaluate impact
• Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• Must be available for the duration of the internship program
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation
• Professional communication skills with all leadership levels
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic data analytics proficiency
