Intern- Electrical Engineer - Data Center Mission Critical Team

ENERCON Services, Inc. is an engineering and environmental services firm serving the energy, power, and technology industries. The Electrical Engineer Intern will support the Data Center Mission Critical group by gaining hands-on experience designing and evaluating electrical systems for power-generating facilities and data centers. The role involves collaborating across engineering disciplines and contributing to impactful energy projects.

What you'll do:

• Designing and evaluating electrical systems for power-generating facilities
• Working on projects that support the modernization of the power grid, advancement of renewable energy, and nuclear and environmental safety
• Integrating electrical engineering work with other engineering disciplines
• Effectively navigating client sites to conduct walkdowns
• Working outside
• Traveling for client and company projects and/or meetings

What they're looking for:

• * Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
• * Available to start on an agreed upon date between **May 2027 and June 2027.**
• * A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
• * Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• * Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• * Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
• * Ability to effectively problem solve
• * Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
• * Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
• * Must be able to work outside
• * Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
