Intern, Finance Project Support Analyst (Fall 2026)

Panasonic Appliances Refrigeration Systems de México S. A. de C. V. is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern who will work alongside experienced Finance professionals. This role involves supporting financial reporting, accounting operations, and transaction processing, as well as contributing to month-end close and business planning activities.

What you'll do:

• Balance sheet account reconciliation, tracking and clean-up
• Lead the creation and upkeep of the PPNDA Finance/Accounting Digital SOP library
• Work closely to support project team activities as assigned by the project managers
• Assist with month-end closing responsibilities and any post close reporting
• Support the team during the Business Planning cycle and preparation of data

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and be organized
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team on multiple tasks and assignments
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with a remote/in-office team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to interface with all internal departments and team members across the organizational hierarchy
