Intern - Human Rescources (Global Headquarters) (Summer 2026

Plexus Corp. creates products for Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Industrial companies. The Human Resources Intern will support the Corporate HR team across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards while assisting with daily HR tasks, projects, and initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the HR team members to handle daily tasks, as well as assist in accomplishing long-term projects and implementation of HR initiatives
• Work closely with the HR team in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development and total rewards. You may coordinate candidate interview scheduling, contribute to content design for leadership development initiatives, and/or support projects within compensation and benefits
• Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of the HR team
• Learn and use our HR systems to support the HR team in day to day tasks
• Additional duties as assigned by the HR team

What they're looking for:

• Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship
• * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements
