Intern-Human Resources

Dunmore manufactures innovative technical films, coatings, and laminates for aerospace, automotive, commercial graphics, and packaging applications. The HR Intern will support talent development, workforce initiatives, HR technology, data analysis, employee programs, and process improvement projects.

What you'll do:

• Support talent development and career progression initiatives, including administrative and project support related to career pathways, skills development, learning resources, and development tools
• Assist with apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives through research, program documentation, resource development, tracking, and coordination
• Support HR technology and system improvement projects, including process mapping, data organization, user testing, documentation, reporting, and development of end-user resources
• Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, improve visibility, and support workforce and talent initiatives
• Support employee programs and HR initiatives through research, communication development, coordination, documentation, and process improvement
• Assist with the development and maintenance of learning content, career-development resources, and employee or manager tools
• Participate in HR process improvement projects by documenting current processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency or consistency, and supporting implementation of approved improvements
• Support approved HR technology and digital tools in accordance with Company policies and established processes
• Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners on assigned projects and provide project updates, findings, and recommendations
• Other Duties as needed or required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Interest in HR systems, process improvement, and talent development
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Standing/Sitting 40/60%
• Walking/Bending/Stooping 15%
• Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
• Travel by air, rail, auto (5% of time)
• Work in manufacturing area, QA lab and office areas
• Exposures - Odors, Fumes, Noise, Chemicals, Temperature, Vision strain, Moving parts
