Intern - Human Resources (Summer 2027)

Plexus Corp. is a company that designs, manufactures, and services transformative products for Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Industrial customers. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance activities, and longer-term HR projects under the direction of HR staff.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with HR team to handle daily tasks, as well as assist in accomplishing long-term projects and implementation of HR initiatives
• Work closely with HR team to support employee relation activities including but not limited to: performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations
• Support recruitment activities such as: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and becoming familiar with applicant tracking systems
• Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of HR staff
• Assist with day-to-day administration needs as required
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions as needed
• Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as maintaining I-9 forms and other employee documentation
• Additional duties as assigned by management

• Junior level status
