American Modern Insurance Group is a leader in the specialty insurance market, recognized for protecting classic vehicles and residential properties. They are seeking a summer intern for their Innovation team to assist in developing new products, expanding markets, and implementing technologies to enhance operations and customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Work with other departments in an Agile/Sprint methodology & identify new technology that can help address the problem at hand or streamline an approach
• Work on various Innovation & Digital (I&D) projects that will help our profitability, such as new ways of looking at new business underwriting inspections, home sensors to mitigate losses and the use of technology to aid in renewal underwriting

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Graduation date between December 2024 and May 2027
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Strong interest in the insurance industry
• Ability to work independently and in group settings
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Must be local to Cincinnati and work in office at least 2 days a week
• Business, Management, Finance and Project Management majors are preferred
