Intern, Marketing

CenterSquare Investment Management is a global investment manager focused on actively managed real estate strategies. The Marketing & Communications Intern will support marketing, communications, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets initiatives, including presentation development, digital communications, social media, and strategic campaign execution.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate across teams to determine the best approach to encourage self-service of information for presentations
• Develop a standardized library of slides/slide modules for custom and generic sales presentations
• Assist in the creation of communications, emails, web pages and social media material using existing templates
• Assist in the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including determining success metrics
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Receive on-the-job training & special projects, as well as daily responsibilities to support the team
• Exposure to senior leaders with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry
• Interns will participate in various social networking activities throughout the summer
• Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with various professionals in the organization to gain an understanding of how the firm operates

What they're looking for:

• * Strong academic background and GPA, majoring in marketing, communications,, finance, or a related study
• * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• * An interest in real estate, the stock market, and/or macroeconomic events
• * Ability to organize disparate types of information and take project ownership
• * Eagerness to lean in, learn, and ask the right questions
• * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• * Outgoing personality, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
