Intern - Marketing

Hussmann Corporation, a commercial refrigeration solutions provider serving the food retailing industry, is seeking a Marketing Intern for its summer internship program. The role supports integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, product launches, customer events, and other strategic marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, customer communications, and sales enablement materials
• Create and update marketing content including presentations, brochures, digital assets, social media content, and promotional materials
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to assist with graphic design, content creation, and production projects
• Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to support product launches, customer events, trade shows, and strategic marketing initiatives
• Help coordinate marketing projects and ensure content and deliverables are completed on schedule
• Network with senior leaders, associates, and other program interns to learn about our organization
• Tour Hussmann's 1.6 million square foot manufacturing facility, our Global Hub for hosting customers, and the R&D Lab where we test product quality
• Participate in community stewardship outreach, career development events, and other team-building offsite events
• Compete in the annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in school pursuing a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to relocate, if not local
