Intern - Marketing Operations

Acxiom is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting digital marketing programs. The role involves assisting with campaign execution, data management, marketing automation, performance reporting, and cross-functional marketing operations projects.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, to assist with marketing projects and operational processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding campaign performance, process improvements, and best practices
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Support the setup, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Assist with data management activities, including list uploads, data quality reviews, and maintaining data integrity
• Help develop and update digital assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, and website content
• Support marketing automation programs and lead nurturing initiatives designed to drive customer engagement
• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to help measure campaign effectiveness
• Contribute to marketing business process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices
• Assist with marketing program analysis and reporting to help evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
• Gain exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies through hands-on project work

What they're looking for:

• Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027
• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn how data supports marketing decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions
• Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and marketing technologies
