Forvis Mazars is a professional services firm providing assurance, tax, and consulting services. The Billing Intern will support healthcare clients by preparing claims, maintaining accounts receivable records, posting and reconciling payments, assisting with billing matters, and communicating with clients and internal personnel.

What you'll do:

• Working collaboratively with a team in multiple software systems to prepare and bill claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers
• Maintaining accounts receivable aging and related reports
• Posting payments to patient accounts
• Reconciling patient accounts
• Assisting clients with billing and related regulatory matters

• Must have reliable transportation to and from your assigned office and be able to attend off-site meetings and events in person
