Intern-Philips People Services-Nashville, TN-Summer 2027

Philips is a health technology company seeking a People Services Intern to join its People Operations team. The role provides hands-on experience supporting HR operations, HRIS data maintenance, employee requests, compliance documentation, process improvement, reporting, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, GlobalView)
• Help monitor and manage HR queues for timely resolution of employee requests
• Support compliance and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting
• Help maintain and update HR templates and internal resources
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor's degree  Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or communications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
