About this role

Labcorp is a global leader in laboratory services and healthcare innovation, using science, data, technology, and laboratory networks to improve health outcomes. The PMO Strategy & Transformation Intern will support strategic initiatives, research AI use cases, analyze PMO processes, assist with vendor and knowledge management, and develop presentations, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Support strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the effectiveness, maturity, and innovation of the Program Management Office
  • Research and develop practical AI use cases to improve project delivery, reporting, meeting management, and PM productivity
  • Analyze PMO processes and recommend improvements to governance, portfolio reporting, project execution standards, and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist in developing a structured framework for evaluating external vendor, partnership, acquisition, and innovation opportunities
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and data analysis as part of a PMO health assessment and organizational improvement initiative
  • Support the design and organization of PMO knowledge management resources, including project templates, SOPs, best practices, training content, and collaboration spaces within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, process maps, scorecards, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Labcorp to gather requirements, assess opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
