Intern - Product Strategy (Summer 2027)

Gilbarco Veeder-Root is hiring a Product Strategy Intern to support product and portfolio strategy for Asset Management & Aftermarket. The role focuses on researching growth opportunities, analyzing portfolio and business performance, and developing recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Support product and portfolio strategy for Asset Management & Aftermarket, with emphasis on connected assets, recurring software, parts, and service growth
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and technology research to identify attractive growth opportunities
• Analyze portfolio performance, customer value, pricing, market size, and business-case economics using internal and external data
• Translate findings into clear recommendations, executive-ready presentations, and decision-oriented pre-reads
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Technology, and regional teams to validate assumptions and advance recommendations

What they're looking for:

• Current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, strategy, economics, finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into concise, actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to executive-level storytelling
• Curiosity about industrial technology, SaaS, IoT, aftermarket services, or convenience retail
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage ambiguity, and independently drive a defined workstream
