Intern_ Retail Operations Analyst

ENGIE North America Inc. is leading the Zero-Carbon Transition in the energy sector. As a Retail Operations Analyst Intern, you will learn about and support billing operations while contributing to customer service improvements through various projects.

What you'll do:

• Update and review daily reporting to support several internal daily operational processes
• Assist in gathering requirements and QA testing for new development on projects designed to improve billing, customer experience and reporting

What they're looking for:

• Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
• You have effective communication skills and collaborate well in team environments
