Intern, Sales Market Growth and Strategy (Summer 2027)

Delta Air Lines is a global airline focused on safety, innovation, reliability, and customer experience. The Sales Market Growth and Strategy Intern will support market development through business analysis, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-driven insights for key markets.

What you'll do:

• You may support a variety of markets and/or projects in a Business Analyst and Market Growth type role which may include analyzing data to provide recommendations on business initiatives, generate reporting, working with a diverse set of teams including marketing, revenue management, and loyalty to support market initiatives, and engaging with the local sales team to add customer driven insights
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data

What they're looking for:

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
• Must be able to work onsite in our Los Angeles, CA office for the duration of the 12–week internship program
• Internship dates: May or June - August 2027
• Most teams work a hybrid onsite/remote work schedule with management approval
• Must be available to work on a full-time basis for the Summer 2027 semester. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters
• Willing to travel up to 10% company business travel
• Strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes
• Ability to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business casual work environment
