Intern - Strategy & Integration (Daniels-Head Insurance Agency)

MedPro Group's Daniels-Head Insurance Agency is seeking an intern to support strategy and integration initiatives. The role assists with business process analysis, strategic projects, interdepartmental workflow alignment, and integration planning while participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions.

What you'll do:

• Help facilitate interdepartmental communication and workflow alignment
• Assist in the analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support strategic projects
• Participate in high-level meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Collaborate on creating integration plans for new initiatives and systems

What they're looking for:

• Active student with at least 1 year completed towards a bachelor's degree
• Year-round availability to work in person from our Austin headquarters approximately 15-20 hours a week during the school year
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to meet expectations while working independently and in teams
• Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Desire to be a continuous learner
• Ability to effectively manage assignments
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring a visa sponsorship, both now and in the future
