Intern - Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner

Hader Solutions is hiring an intern to support technical business analysis and product ownership initiatives in an IT environment. The role collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements into user stories
• Supporting product scope, priorities, and roadmap alignment with business goals
• Facilitating requirement sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional workshops
• Validating delivered features against requirements and assisting with user acceptance testing

What they're looking for:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• US work authorization; sponsorship not required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, product ownership, and business analysis fundamentals
• Preferred: rising sophomore, junior, or senior
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, SQL, or Excel
