About this role

Thermacell develops mosquito-repellent products that help people and pets enjoy the outdoors. The International Sales & Trade Marketing Coordinator will support international sales and marketing operations through distributor management, forecasting, reporting, business intelligence, trade marketing execution, and white space market launch planning. The role will use AI-enabled tools, data, automation, and cross-functional coordination to improve market visibility, execution, and decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain market dashboards, distributor scorecards, sales-out reporting, pricing visibility and weekly commercial summaries to improve decision speed and reduce manual reporting
  • Coordinate monthly reforecasting inputs using Sales Director feedback, distributor sell-out, order trends, seasonality, inventory, market signals and AI-assisted analysis to strengthen S&OP accuracy
  • Convert distributor meetings, updates and market feedback into AI-supported pre-reads, action logs, risk flags and follow-up trackers for Sales Directors
  • Support future EU safety stock planning and in-season replenishment opportunities by monitoring demand signals, stock risks, weather/mosquito pressure indicators and distributor execution updates
  • Use structured tracking to work with the regulatory and marketing teams to identifying timeline changes on new market entry, and risks to the current portfolio
  • Support bi-yearly conference and business review preparation, including AI-enabled market reports, performance summaries, meeting materials and action follow-ups
  • Monitor trade, shopper and competitor trends across pricing, promotions, assortment, online reviews, in-store activation and retailer activity, turning findings into concise recommendations for Sales Directors
  • Assist in the build of launch plans with Sales Directors using AI-enabled market research, retailer mapping, channel prioritisation, category sizing, competitor review and execution sequencing
  • Adapt and localise sales decks, retailer materials, trade marketing assets, FAQs, training content and launch toolkits using approved AI tools, brand standards and market-specific insight
  • Partner with Marketing to align GTM messaging, launch materials, trade assets and distributor toolkits with white space market needs
  • Lead brand, consumer, portfolio and retailer training support, including AI-enabled training modules, pitch decks and distributor growth and knowledge resources
  • Coordinate activities with Cross-Functional Teams

What they're looking for:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in commercial operations, international sales support, trade marketing, analytics, project coordination, marketing support, or a related field. Relevant internship, co-op, or university placement experience may be considered for exceptional early-career candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, processes, and business concepts quickly, with a strong curiosity for continuous improvement
  • Strong interest and aptitude in leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, organization, analysis, and decision-making
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, business metrics, ERP/order management systems and AI-enabled research or automation tools. Demonstrated ability to translate data into dashboards, insights, and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly, concisely, and professionally
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability in a fully remote work environment
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders. Proven strength in navigating ambiguity, identifying next steps, and proactively driving work forward with limited supervision
