Green Bay Packaging is a vertically integrated packaging and paper products company. The Process Engineer Intern will support special projects that improve process efficiency and productivity, including process optimization, chemical trials, equipment startup, statistical analysis, and customer-related quality trials.

What you'll do:

• Process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization opportunities
• Chemical trials designed to increase quality and productivity
• Equipment start-up and optimization
• Statistical analysis of the finished product properties
• Involvement with customers regarding special trials or quality issues

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Forestry, Industrial Technology, and Accounting
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and statistical software
• Strong team player who can effectively work with others to meet objectives and timelines
