Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS) is a Veteran Owned IT Implementation company dedicated to supporting Veterans' transition to IT careers. The internship role involves working on process improvements, data collection, and collaboration with team members to implement solutions.

What you'll do:

• Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices, and gap analysis
• Participate in meetings and presentations related to process improvement initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Ability to assist in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices, and gap analysis
• Participation in meetings and presentations related to process improvement initiatives
• Willingness to conduct research of competitors, identify company inefficiencies, develop solutions, gather and present results to company leadership
• Ability to partner with all departments of the company to develop onboarding videos and media to welcome new team members
• Willingness to attend project Go-Live celebrations with the company and customers to take high quality photos and videos for company media platforms
