Internship - Business Systems Analyst

H-E-B is a food retailer with a digital technology organization focused on delivering modern, reliable, and scalable customer experiences. The Business Systems Analyst Intern will work on a business challenge, learn about technology and retail operations, and help code, configure, maintain, test, debug, research, and communicate about systems and applications.

What you'll do:

• Oversee a project and create a solution for a current business challenge – we see these solutions get implemented across the business every summer
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and development that will help you develop skillsets for your future career
• Network with Senior Leaders and Partners across all divisions
• Serve Texans through community outreach opportunities
• Go behind-the-scenes to learn more about our supply chain, logistics and retail operation divisions
• Collaborate and network with interns representing universities from across the nation
• Learn about new technology, about the digital organization, and about the industry
• Take technical direction to deliver well-scoped work
• Code / configure, maintain, test, and debug existing or new systems
• Assist in research and fact finding to develop or modify applications
• Effectively communicate (verbal, listening, and written) with your team and manager
• Must have reliable transportation or be open to using public transportation
