Internship - Cybersecurity Summer 2027

The company is seeking two Cybersecurity Interns for its Security Operations and Governance, Risk & Compliance teams to support projects protecting systems, networks, applications, and data while gaining exposure to enterprise security practices and technologies.

What you'll do:

• Security monitoring and threat detection
• Incident response support and investigations
• Vulnerability management and remediation tracking
• Endpoint security and protection technologies
• Security metrics and reporting
• Security control reviews and documentation
• Security awareness and training initiatives
• Data protection and governance programs
• Security process improvement and compliance activities

What they're looking for:

• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and information security practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop alternative solutions and work effectively in both individual and team problem-solving situations
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and a desire to take initiative and ownership
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends
• Coursework in cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, information security, or related subjects is preferred
• Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, cybersecurity projects, student organizations, or other related activities
