Internship - Human Resources

Dynamic Catholic is a purpose-driven organization working to re-energize the Catholic Church in America. The HR Intern will support administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, maintain and optimize HR systems, assist employees, and contribute to HR process improvement and operational excellence projects.

What you'll do:

• **Support & Refine Processes:** Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency
• **Optimize HR Systems:** Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team
• **Provide Team Support:** Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
• **Contribute to Projects:** Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence
