About this role
The Archdiocese of Baltimore is seeking a motivated, dependable, very detail oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team! This position will provide the opportunity to gain relevant experience with an applicant tracking system while collaborating with the Special Projects Coordinator on a time sensitive initiative.
What you'll do:
- Perform research within our applicant tracking system (UKG)
- Our Intern may perform additional research on various human resource related topics, as requested
- Initiating and responding to external communication via email and phone
What they're looking for:
- Must be a graduate or in-process of obtaining a 4-year college degree within a Business-related discipline
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat software
- Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to stay on task and be highly dependable
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive Human Resource information
