Internship in Marketing (Undergraduate & Master's)

Dimensional Fund Advisors is an asset management firm seeking undergraduate students actively pursuing a degree for its 2027 summer marketing internship program. The role supports the Marketing group’s brand and messaging through marketing materials, cross-functional collaboration, and an individual research project presented to department and leadership.

What you'll do:

• The internship will provide the opportunity to learn how the team conveys Dimensional’s brand and offerings in an accurate, compelling, and differentiated manner. Marketing does this by applying a deep knowledge of Dimensional’s capabilities, an understanding of specific client needs, and an awareness of competitors’ efforts to all our initiatives
• Marketing teams collaborate with many other departments at Dimensional, and interns will have the opportunity to learn about the larger organization while completing work on various marketing materials. Interns will also be given an individual research project based on a current high-priority marketing initiative, followed by the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to the department and leadership at the end of the internship

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing an undergraduate or specialized master's degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027–Spring 2028
• Interest in financial markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
