Internship-Operations Management Summer 2027

HNI Corporation is a manufacturer of workplace furnishings and building products. The Operations Management Intern will work on projects that create value for business partners, implement solutions, and support customer expectations while applying classroom knowledge in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What you'll do:

• You'll work on one or more projects that create value for our business partners
• Each summer, interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance
• Throughout the summer, professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership

• * Minimum 2.8 GPA

• * Strong leadership characteristics and be active in college activities
• * Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• * Strong technical acumen and desire for a career in Operations Management

• * Pursuing a four-year degree
