INTERNSHIP: Post Production

IRONCLAD creates high-stakes storytelling content for entrepreneurs, business owners, first responders, and high-performers. The Post-Production Intern will support associate editing, footage ingest, storage management, file organization, and creative cutting while learning AI-enabled post-production workflows and receiving mentorship from senior editors and filmmakers.

What you'll do:

• **Associate Editing:** Assist senior editors with stringouts, rough assemblies, and social media deliverables
• **DIT & Storage:** Assist with the ingest of footage, checksum verifications, and managing our professional storage solutions to ensure no data is ever lost
• **File Hygiene:** Maintain an obsessive level of organization across video, image, and audio files using our internal naming conventions
• **Creative Cutting:** Potential opportunities to take ownership of a creative edit and participate in "edit-critique" sessions with our senior team
• **Post Tech:** Learn to use AI tools for automated transcription, audio cleanup, and accelerating the "assembly" phase of an edit
• **Workflow Efficiency:** Help the post-production team identify and implement new tools to stay on the bleeding edge of delivery speed

What they're looking for:

• A solid foundational understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro is required
• Proficiency in Google Chat/iMessage and Monday.com
• You must be able to take direct, candid feedback and use it to elevate your craft
• You are a positive, professional person who is a value-add to the studio environment
• You understand that "organized" is the baseline—you catch the missing audio file or the mislabeled clip before anyone else
• You are committed to your scheduled hours and respect the production timelines
• This is a 100% ON-SITE internship at our HQ in Virginia Beach. REMOTE applicants will not be considered
