Internship, Program Manager, Service Operations (Fall 2026)

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our North America Service Field Management team. You will be working with our Service Program Manager in developing and implementing strategies to maximize scalability and improve operational efficiency in our automotive service division.

What you'll do:

• Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyalty
• Assist in gathering and evaluating data to streamline existing service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Work closely with Service Program Manager Service Management, Service and Parts teams to align strategies and goals
• Aid with processes to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunities
• Assist in conducting data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement and provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
