Internship, Program Manager, Territory (Winter/Spring 2027)

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Intern to join its North America Sales and Delivery Operations team. The role supports Territory Operations through budget, headcount, showroom standards, supply, reporting, AI-enabled workflow improvements, cross-functional execution, and data analysis.

What you'll do:

• Support Territory Operations priorities including budgets, headcount, showroom standards, and supply
• Create and update Excel trackers and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, follow-ups, and operational workflows
• Coordinate team follow-up and support cross-functional execution
• Assist in building programs that improve performance, consistency, and team cohesion
• Contribute to data analysis and process improvements across Sales and Delivery Operations

What they're looking for:

• Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program
• You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business or an equivalent graduate program (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems) with a strong technical and analytical foundation or related
• Experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
• Advanced Excel formatting and data handling skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create polished, executive-level presentations
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage work with minimal oversight
