Internship, Recruiting Coordinator (Winter/Spring 2027)

Tesla is seeking an Internship, Recruiting Coordinator to support its fast-paced Internship Recruiting Team. The role coordinates high-volume onsite, phone, and virtual interviews, manages scheduling and travel logistics, partners with hiring teams, and supports recruiting process improvements and data integrity.

What you'll do:

• Play a crucial role within a fast-paced Recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travel
• Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, exceptional customer service, and high-quality work
• Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvements and other projects that benefit the broader Coordination team
• Ensure data integrity by consistently updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Able to work 40+ hours a week
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
• Proven experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience
• Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type
