Internship, Recruiting (Winter/Spring 2027)

Tesla is seeking a recruiting intern for its winter/spring 2027 internship program. The intern will coordinate communication among candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders, maintain recruiting records and data integrity, support candidate experience improvements, and assist with recruiting activities.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders
• Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
• Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship
• Able to work full-time, 32+ hours per week
• Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, takes initiative and showcases curiosity
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
