Interviewer/ Recruiter

Securitas Global Clients America is a company dedicated to providing security services to protect homes, workplaces, and communities. They are seeking an Interviewer/Recruiter to handle high-volume interviews, onboarding, and various administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Recruiting
• Filing and organization
• Administrative tasks
• Conduct Orientation and onboarding of new hires
• Conduct high-volume interviews

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 products
• Exceptional organization
• High level of attention to detail
• Genuine interest in working with people
• A policy and procedure-oriented mindset
• At least 1- 2 year of high-volume interviewing or call center experience
• Must be detailed orientated
• Flexible schedule to work weekend hiring events and extended hours based on hiring needs
