Interviewer/ Recruiter

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is a company committed to providing essential security services. They are seeking an Interviewer/Recruiter to handle recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, focusing on high-volume interviews.

What you'll do:

• Recruiting
• Filing and organization
• Administrative tasks
• Conduct Orientation and onboarding of new hires
• Conduct high-volume interviews

• Degree Level: High School Graduate
• A 'can do' positive, high-energy attitude
• 100% in-office position; not a remote role
• Great teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 products
• Exceptional organization
• High level of attention to detail
• Genuine interest in working with people
• A policy and procedure-oriented mindset
• At least 1- 2 year of high-volume interviewing or call center experience
• Must be detailed orientated
