Inventory Operations Analyst, Service Delivery

Allied Universal provides cash management and security solutions for retail, wholesale, and banking customers. The Inventory Operations Analyst, Service Delivery role manages daily cash inventory operations, including bank ordering, investigating inventory differences, and performing reconciliation analyses.

What you'll do:

• Forecast cash usage of retail clients; troubleshoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
• Investigate and provide resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers
• Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with banks/transport providers/customers

What they're looking for:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of professional or educational experience in business, finance, or accounting
• Prior work experience reconciling (general ledger) accounts, analyzing out-of-balance conditions/data, and explaining variances
• Professional or education experience in creating and delivering dynamic presentations
