Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Mondays-Fridays
Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:

Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:
- Medication Resend and Pickup: Handle medication resend activities in strict adherence to established procedures.
- Execute all medication pickup processes according to protocol.
- Conduct thorough research on missing medications before initiating a resend or pickup. Billing and Inventory
Management: - Handle billing and inventory aspects related to medication resends and pickups.
- Process returns and credits for resends and medication pickups. Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete all necessary forms and documentation, including the resend /med pickup form in Framework ECM.
- Create prescriptions with NDC codes for resends and pickups, ensuring proper labeling and reconciliation.
- Document and reconcile all medication pickups and resends to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and address Error Tote Dashboards for Error RX after the packing slip is printed to prevent or initiate a
RESEND or MED PICK UP. - Communicate issues to the manager and collaborate on resolutions as needed.
Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent, required.
o Prior pharmacy experience.
o Familiarity with Frameworks LTC and Frameworks ECM.
o Billing and inventory experience is a plus.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently.
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
o Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
