Investment Analyst Internship

Summit Agricultural Group is an investment firm focused on private equity investments. The Investment Analyst Intern will support business analytics, data collection and analysis, industry research, financial analysis, and presentation preparation while collaborating with investment and support teams.

What you'll do:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support the team in data related projects and initiatives
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to Summit executive team
• Collaborate with support departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions
• Deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team summarizing experiences, results, and accomplishments from the internship

What they're looking for:

• Completed Sophomore or Junior studying Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
