Investment Banking Analyst- 1-2 years experience

Siebert Financial is a full-service broker-dealer with an entrepreneurial Investment Banking practice serving public and private companies. The Investment Banking Analyst will support live capital markets, private placement, and M&A transactions from pitch through close, including financial modeling, research, due diligence, client coordination, and deal administration.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution of capital markets transactions, private placements, and M&A advisory mandates
• Build and maintain financial models, comparable company analyses, and transaction economics
• Prepare pitch books, board presentations, investor materials, and internal committee memos
• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support origination and client meetings
• Assist with due diligence, including review of financial statements, filings, and company materials
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams (capital markets, operations, compliance) throughout the deal process
• Work directly with equity and debt sales team on live transactions
• Manage deal administration and workflow on active mandates
