Investment Banking Analyst - Y1 - Loan Capital Markets and Syndication - Project Finance

Societe Generale is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for its Infrastructure and Project Finance Syndicate team. The role supports the origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of syndicated loans, including market analysis, internal approvals, client materials, and underwriting support.

What you'll do:

• Be proactively involved in every phase of the deal process
• Understand product and market dynamics through comparables and markets analysis
• Keep up with industry trends
• Coordinating with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for the execution of transactions
• Develop relationships and maintain a dialogue with peers at other banks and non-bank institutions as a source of market intelligence during the origination process and market capacity during syndication
• Help prepare marketing materials for pitches and for deal execution
• Assist in preparation of underwriting memoranda
