About this role
Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. manages global investment strategies and supports clients in achieving financial security. The Investment Operations Analyst will support essential functions for internally and externally managed funds, including reconciliations, trade settlements, reporting, and ETF basket activities.
What you'll do:
- Oversee and perform various reconciliations
- Support trade confirmation & settlements
- Support month end & quarter end reporting
- Support nightly ETF baskets
- Ad-hoc tasks & projects as needed
What they're looking for:
- Basic understanding of financial instruments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 1 year in middle/front office or ETF related experience
- Thrive in a dynamic, innovative setting by being adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SS&C Geneva preferred
- Intermediate knowledge with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau) preferred
- Experience with multiple investment products such as Futures, Bonds, & Equities preferred
